Bond's Head Colour Technician and most experienced colourist, Lukasz has spent twenty years colouring hair in London - and has a Wella Master Colour Expert qualification to show for it. Originally from Poland, he started out in Notting Hill and has worked across the city ever since.

From Poland to East London

He arrived in London around twenty years ago and spent his first seven in Notting Hill, training with the Wella Academy and Sassoon Academy. Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead and Shoreditch followed - different salons, different teams, different clients. Somewhere along the way colour stopped being one part of the job and became the whole of it.

Bond felt right from the start: the space, the team, the energy. The Head Technician and education side sealed it - a role where he can pass on what he knows and keep learning himself.

Blonde, Balayage & Colour Correction

Colour is Lukasz's speciality, and blonde is where he's strongest - balayage, dimensional colour and the colour corrections that need someone who knows exactly what will happen next. The aim is always colour that looks individual, natural and expensive, never overdone.

As Bond's most experienced technician he also mentors and teaches the team, with training from the Wella Academy, Sassoon Academy and Sebastian MOB behind him. If there's a tricky colour in the building, it usually ends up at his station.

Life Outside the Salon

Fashion, music, travel - anything creative, really. He's also a serious plant and flower person, which may explain the eye for what goes with what.
